| Nicely detailed Sarah Coventry Fashion Costume Jewelry gold-tone pin from the late 60s.
Shaped like a maple leaf, with textured veins and a brushed finish and accented by a faux pearl signed Sarah Coventry on the back.
Pin measures 2-1/2” long x 2” across and is in mint condition. The design was called “Whispering Leaf”.
The matching earrings complete this set and are a lovely compliment. In mint condition, set has a beautifully-textured swirl design. At the center of each rhodium-plated piece is a faux pearl.
The brooch measures 3” and each clip earring is 1-1/4” – both earrings are signed SARAHCOV, and the same signature appears on the back of the brooch.
The demi-parure is pictured on pg. 112 of Sarah Coventry by Jennifer A. Lindech © 2000 where it is valued at $42-$60. Also shown on that page is an add for the set as seen in Cosmopolitan magazine in 1963. The add has wonderful photos of a model wearing this exceptionally beautiful set!
