What if my merchandise arrives broken?
We seldom receive notice that merchandise was broken upon delivery. All our packages are fully insured for the complete purchase price. If you receive broken merchandise you should contact the carrier and notify them to collect for damages. We will help you in this process if necessary. How do you price your merchandise?
One frustration is finding so many collectible items in malls, flea markets and on the internet at exorbinant prices based on so-called "book values" or "market prices." Prices are changing on a daily basis and we seek out merchandise at very low costs so we may offer them at very competitive prices and still make a reasonable profit. In addition, we pay for insurance, base our shipping on the actual weight of the merchandise before packing and never charge a handling fee.
There are no hidden costs. Our policy is to offer affordable merchandise and turn it over to you the valued customer for your enjoyment.

Do you identify or appraise items?
We gladly lend a helping hand with identification and appraisal if you can provide good pictures including makers marks and closeups of patterns. We do not charge a fee for this service.
